The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media marketing campaigns to promote the organization's brand and increase its online presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends and be able to create engaging content to drive audience engagement and grow the organization's following.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant conversations
• Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on social media best practices and emerging trends

Skill Sets:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights from social media metrics
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create engaging content
• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
