Job Description:

The Senior Field Technical Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to field staff and customers. They will travel to various locations to install, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. This role requires a deep understanding of technical systems and the ability to work closely with customers to solve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Install and set up hardware and software systems at customer sites
• Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they are running smoothly
• Provide technical support to field staff and customers via phone, email, or in person
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
• Train field staff and customers on how to properly use technical systems
• Stay current on industry trends and new technologies to provide the best support possible

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to various locations
