Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for the organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Associate also plays a key role in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate selection process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including extending job offers and onboarding new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
