• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract candidates

• Conduct interviews and screenings to evaluate candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and make hiring decisions
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems
• Provide reports and metrics on recruitment activities
