The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment team in all aspects of the hiring process. They will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with job postings and job descriptions
• Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics
• Assist with candidate sourcing and screening
• Track applicant data and provide regular updates to hiring managers
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team

Skill Sets:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
