Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for the position
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job fairs
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent
