Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to fill open positions with qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
• Negotiate job offers and conduct onboarding processes
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates to hiring managers
