The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent for an organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Source and screen candidates through online channels, social media, job boards, and networking
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports
