As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services over the phone. You will reach out to potential customers, pitch our products, answer their questions, and provide information about pricing and promotions. Your main goal will be to generate leads and ultimately increase sales for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Understand customer needs and requirements in order to pitch products effectively
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company CRM system

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
