We are seeking a skilled Admin & HR Specialist to join our team and assist in administrative and human resources tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering phones, preparing documents, and filing paperwork
• Support the HR department by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
• Handle confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in an administrative or HR role preferred
