Job Description: Andrology Technician

Responsibilities:

• Performing basic andrology laboratory procedures, such as semen analysis, sperm preparation, and sperm freezing
• Assisting with various diagnostic tests for male infertility, such as semen culture and sperm morphology analysis
• Preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies
• Documenting and reporting test results accurately
• Providing support to physicians and other healthcare professionals in the fertility clinic

Skill Sets:

• Knowledge of andrology laboratory techniques and procedures
• Experience working in a clinical laboratory or healthcare setting
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and documenting results
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
