Job Description: Architecture Draftsman

A Architecture Draftsman is responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. They work closely with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into detailed drawings that can be used for construction.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans based on sketches and specifications provided by architects
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to make revisions and modifications to drawings as needed
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and records
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and material lists

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus
