We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to join our team. The Assistant Account Manager will assist the Account Manager in managing client accounts, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will also involve providing support in financial reporting, budgeting, and invoice management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Account Manager in managing client accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Ensure client satisfaction by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis
• Support in budget development and monitoring
• Manage invoices and billing processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs
