The Assistant Manager - Leasing & Properties is responsible for assisting the property manager in leasing activities and managing properties. They work closely with tenants, property owners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the leasing process, including showing properties to potential tenants, drafting lease agreements, and conducting tenant screenings.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Assist in financial management, including collecting rent, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
