We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager - Facilities to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all building maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of our facilities
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Supervise and support facility staff, including maintenance technicians and custodial workers
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to complete maintenance and repair projects
• Investigate and resolve any facility-related issues or complaints
