The Back Office Executive-DU SME Process is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the operations of the SME process. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the back-office operations and supporting the front-office staff.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and maintaining documentation related to the SME process
• Collecting and entering data into relevant systems
• Preparing reports and presentations for management
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless workflow
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders as required
• Handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
