The Bakery Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the bakery department, including leading a team of bakers, ensuring high quality baked goods are produced, and managing inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of bakers and bakery staff
• Ensure high quality baked goods are produced in a timely manner
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
• Create and update baking recipes and production schedules
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train new bakery staff and provide ongoing coaching and development
