Job Description: BIM Lead

As a BIM Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure that BIM standards and best practices are followed, and that project deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and templates
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software tools and workflows
• Coordinate and conduct clash detection and model coordination activities
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and integration of 3D models, 4D scheduling, and 5D cost estimating
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and review model submissions for quality control
• Stay current on BIM industry trends and advancements

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols
• Knowledge of industry best practices in BIM implementation and management
