The Business Lead - Treasury & Hedging is responsible for managing all aspects of treasury operations and hedging strategies for the organization. This role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively navigate complex financial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure optimal working capital management
• Execute hedging strategies to mitigate financial risk exposure
• Monitor and analyze financial market trends and provide recommendations to mitigate risk
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align treasury goals with overall business objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury operations
