Job Description: Call Center Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
