Job Description:

The Cathodic Protection Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising cathodic protection activities for pipelines, storage tanks, and other metallic structures to prevent corrosion. This role requires a strong understanding of corrosion control techniques and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing cathodic protection plans for pipelines and storage tanks
• Overseeing cathodic protection system installations and inspections
• Conducting surveys and tests to assess the effectiveness of existing systems
• Collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Training and supervising cathodic protection technicians
• Preparing reports and documentation for regulatory agencies
