Job Description: Channel Manager (UPS, ELV & Cabling)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve sales targets for UPS, ELV & cabling products
• Manage relationships with existing channel partners and recruit new partners as needed
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
• Create and deliver sales presentations to potential partners
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute channel marketing programs
• Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to track progress towards goals
• Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell products

Skill Sets:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of UPS, ELV & cabling products and technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in channel management or sales preferred
