Job Description: Channel Manager (UC & Collaboration)

The Channel Manager for UC & Collaboration is responsible for managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and revenue in the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC & Collaboration) industry. This role involves developing and implementing channel strategies, driving partner recruitment and enablement programs, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth in the UC & Collaboration market
• Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach
• Provide training, tools, and resources to enable channel partners to effectively sell UC & Collaboration solutions
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop joint sales and marketing initiatives with channel partners
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with product management to provide input on product roadmap based on channel partner feedback
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track channel partner performance and engagement
