As the Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, managing the accounting team, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and you will provide financial analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
• Review and analyze financial data for trends and variances
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
