The Chief Estimator is responsible for overseeing the estimating department and managing the estimation process for construction projects. They collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in project estimates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimating team in the preparation of accurate and timely project estimates
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications
• Assess project risks and opportunities
• Consult with clients, architects, and engineers to gather project requirements
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals
• Manage the estimating department budget and resources
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in estimating
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success
