The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all civil construction activities at a job site. They must ensure that all work is completed in accordance with specifications, on time, and within budget. The Civil Supervisor must also ensure that all construction work meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervising and coordinating all civil construction activities at the job site - Ensuring that construction work is performed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards - Managing and leading a team of construction workers - Monitoring and controlling project costs and schedules - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines - Managing subcontractors and vendors - Overseeing the testing and inspection of materials and structures - Conducting regular site inspections and reports - Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects - Problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail - Familiarity with construction safety regulations - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Proficient in using construction management software
