The Civil Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of civil engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of civil engineering projects. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and inspections
• Review and approve drawings, designs, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Skill Sets

• Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Experience with AutoCAD and other design software
