Job Description: Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and manage compensation and benefits programs for employees
• Analyze compensation data and trends to ensure competitive pay rates and benefits offerings
• Evaluate and recommend changes to existing compensation and benefits programs
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits inquiries

Skill Sets:

• Experience in compensation and benefits administration
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws related to compensation and benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles
• Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g. CCP, CBP) preferred
