The Construction Manager (Offshore) is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on offshore projects. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing construction plans and schedules
• Monitoring and inspecting all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and vendors
• Providing regular progress reports to project stakeholders
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
