Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other parties
• Ensuring contract compliance and monitoring performance
• Resolving contract disputes and issues
• Managing contract documentation and record-keeping
• Collaborating with legal and procurement teams to draft contracts
• Developing and implementing contract management processes and procedures

Skill Sets:

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to understand legal terms and contract language
• Experience in contract management software is preferred
• Knowledge of contract laws and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
