The Customer Care Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent service to customers. They work to ensure that customers are satisfied with their interactions with the company and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of customer service representatives and oversee their daily activities
• Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve the overall customer experience
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes
• Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and make informed decisions
