Job Description: Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Processing customer orders and returns.
  • Maintaining customer records and interaction history.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with customer feedback collection and analysis.
