We are seeking a Customer Service Officer who is fluent in Italian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients and resolving any inquiries or issues in a timely manner. The Customer Service Officer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to higher levels of management when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Update customer accounts with relevant information
• Provide support to other departments as needed

• Fluency in Italian and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
