A Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. They also process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide product information and pricing to customers
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
