Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' learning needs and challenges

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive plans for student success
• Provide counseling and guidance to students facing learning or behavioral difficulties
• Evaluate the effectiveness of intervention programs and make adjustments as needed
