Job Description: Electrical BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed electrical building information models (BIM) for construction projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop accurate and efficient electrical system designs.
• Assist in detecting and resolving clashes with other building systems.
• Produce accurate quantity take-offs and material lists for electrical components.
• Provide support during the construction phase to ensure design intent is carried out.

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
