The Employee Engagement & Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive and collaborative work culture. They will work closely with HR, management, and other departments to create and implement engaging programs that foster team building, morale, and a sense of belonging among employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives
• Plan and coordinate company events, including team building activities, holiday parties, and recognition ceremonies
• Create and manage a calendar of events and activities
• Communicate and promote events to employees
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain resources and support for events
• Evaluate the success of events and initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
• Manage budgets and expenses related to employee engagement programs
