Executive Development Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and retain high-quality executive level talent
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and identify key areas for development
• Design and lead leadership development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of executives
• Create and oversee mentoring and coaching initiatives for executives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and recommend adjustments as needed
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in executive development
