We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage our housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate will ensure that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and tidy, and that all guest requests are promptly addressed.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures
• Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
• Address guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction
