Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities within the organization
• Coordinate and manage all repairs and renovations within the facilities
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services
• Monitor budgets and expenses related to facility management
• Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Coordinate office moves and space planning projects
