A Facility Specialist is responsible for managing the physical environment of a facility, ensuring its proper maintenance and functionality. They oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement facility maintenance policies and procedures
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs
• Oversee repairs and maintenance work to ensure quality and timeliness
• Manage contracts with external service providers
• Coordinate renovations, upgrades, and new construction projects
