The Global Inventory Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory levels and accuracy across all global locations of the company. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure optimal inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
• Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues, and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and finance, to ensure proper inventory management and forecasting.
• Lead regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Produce regular inventory reports and KPIs for management review.

Skill Sets:

• Previous experience in inventory control or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of international trade and logistics is a plus.
