The Group HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources functions for multiple companies within the group. They are responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Handle employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, providing guidance, and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all companies within the group
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and career development planning
• Manage benefits and compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonus structures, and employee benefits packages
