The Front Office Guest Service Agent (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors entering the establishment. The GSA will be the first point of contact for guests and must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Check guests in and out of the establishment efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries and reservations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and their belongings
