The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of front desk staff to ensure exceptional customer service for hotel guests. They oversee the daily operations of the front desk, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train front desk staff in customer service best practices
• Monitor and evaluate front desk procedures and performance
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and reports for front desk operations
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of front desk personnel

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
