Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Document all support requests and resolutions in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT support teams
• Install and configure computer systems and software for end users
• Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices

Skill Sets:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems
• Certifications in IT support or related field a plus
