Job Description:

The Helpdesk Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves troubleshooting problems, installing and configuring software, maintaining systems, and providing excellent customer service to ensure user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from end-users via phone, email, or in person
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to use technology effectively
• Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
