Job Description: Home Healthcare Nurse Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to patients in their own homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse
• Assist with physical therapy exercises and rehabilitation programs
• Keep accurate records of patient care and progress
