Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the homeroom classroom
• Create engaging lesson plans and deliver instruction in core subjects such as math, science, language arts, and social studies
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student performance and progress
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in education
