Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all guest rooms and public areas
• Assign duties and tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance
• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders when necessary
• Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
